Try one of the prompts, or write your own. Each reply shows the same reply | escalate | junk chip the Triage Queue uses, so you get the production palette and copy out of the box.

The demo panel is fully functional — your message becomes a real ticket in the Triage Queue on the operator side. Behind this page, every visitor generates a TriageTicket the same way your embedded visitors will.

How it works

Three steps between a site and a triage ticket

1. Paste the script

One self-contained <script async> tag delivers the bubble. No build step, no dependencies, no CSS framework to align.

2. Visitors send messages

Each message POSTs to /api/ingest. The endpoint runs classify-and-draft, returns the bot’s reply inline, and writes a Row to your Triage Queue.

3. Your team takes over

Sensible tickets land in the queue as drafts to approve and send. Urgent ones escalate. Junk files instantly away — no human hours spent on noise.

If you embed on a different origin, add https://tindel.io to your site’s connect-src CSP directive so the browser will allow POSTs. Tindel’s /api/ingest already sends permissive CORS headers and an OPTIONS preflight.
